He has taken 4.5mg LDN every night for five years with no problems so I dont know what you mean about " build up " occuring. He gets an annual MRI which shows no disease progression and gets annual bloodwork done which is fine too - no liver or any other problems. His bloodwork is better than mine! I am going to give him 10mg every three hours. The smallest I can find is 50mg tablet. Do they make 10mg and I just have not found it? If I do go with the 50 how does everyone cut their tablets so that way they know they are giving the right amount. They never seem to cut the same way twice?
