Hello Heiddi , Wellcome Hello Mellisa did I say hello to you ? do I know you from another group ? maybe I've got the two mixed up LOL but I hate that word ( inpingement ) I think worse than RA LOL infact I often cann't remember it . It so hurts worse than a HOG BITE some of us hill billys might say LOL ! Well Heiddi I allso live with it in many areas my right elbo boy does it hurt when it gets inflamed or acting up good . and haveing RA on top of that , well I guess we are turely blessed some how ? you take care I'm john if you need to talk or wanna ask me anything just shout I don't mind if you use my private email either what ever you feel comfortable with is fine for me . just i'm slow answering at times

Hi everyone! My name is . I am 33 and have known about my RA

for about 2 1/2 years. Probably like the rest of you here at one point

or another, I am trying to figure out how to continue my active

lifestyle without totally ruining myself, take as few meds as possible,

and understand my symptoms, which are luckily very mild in the scheme

of things. If any of you out there are runners I would appreciate any

words of advice. I am a coach and keep very low milage for myself

(under doc supervision) but some days really struggle. Like now with

this heat in the east!

Just be forewarned that sometimes we can sound pretty contentious. Scares some people off, but it's not to be taken personally. We've got at least one member who we think may possibly have tourettes'. :-) So don't get worried if somebody starts spouting profanities.
