I have fibromyalgia as well as RA and there is hardly a day goes by that I don't feel like this. I am not on any thing but pain meds but mostly the only time I don't feel like this is when I am on an antibiotic for an ear infection. My doc and I have been trying to figure out why the antibiotic makes me feel better but don't have a clue. Sometime when it is just too bad she will give me a RX for Zithromax even though we both are aware of the dangers of taking antibiotics when you don't need them i.e. they cease to work on the bugs when you do need them but the pain is so bad I can't tolerate it anymore.
