Candex, Biotin - normal yeast die-off?

2nd day on Candex and biotin (1 mg) and wondering if increased fogginess and

verbal sounds are due to yeast dieoff or if the supplements are unsuitable?

The first day, gave activated charcoal 45 minutes after dose but didn't make

much of a difference.

We'll be doing the spit test tomorrow morning.
