I bought some at a hobby store awhile ago and they didn't seem to help.

Plus I can't find them so I must've thrown them away. But maybe I'll try

the ones you suggest. Anything to get some relief :)

And about the MRI...

Ack!

I've been talking about my cervical spine all this time, and that's what

the MRI was for (which showed slight bulging disks) but I found out from

my PT today that it's the thorasic (sp?) spine that hurts! Duh!

But I go to my ortho doc on Th and I'm gonna ask her please, please

for another MRI plus several of those nice shots that go all the way

to the spine. I'm so desperate for relief that I'll do anything, even

tho, as I recall, the shots provided limited relief and hurt like hell

going in.

Thx for your support, I know I'm awfully late in keeping up with the

list :)
