I hope the MRI shows something for you!!!!!!!!! Hugs, > Deborah I bought some at a hobby store awhile ago and they didn't seem to help. Plus I can't find them so I must've thrown them away. But maybe I'll try the ones you suggest. Anything to get some relief And about the MRI... Ack! I've been talking about my cervical spine all this time, and that's what the MRI was for (which showed slight bulging disks) but I found out from my PT today that it's the thorasic (sp?) spine that hurts! Duh! But I go to my ortho doc on Th and I'm gonna ask her please, please for another MRI plus several of those nice shots that go all the way to the spine. I'm so desperate for relief that I'll do anything, even tho, as I recall, the shots provided limited relief and hurt like hell going in. Thx for your support, I know I'm awfully late in keeping up with the list Take care
