Problems with my right hand

It's

been a while since I've been on and I'm sorry. I guess I'm one of

the people that don't get on unless I have a problem or just want to

get some feedback. (I'm not real good at dispensing the advice,

but I think I'm a good listener.)

Anyhow, I saw my rheumy today and I told him that the forefinger on my

right hand has been bothering me and I think it's a little more swollen

than usual. He suggested that I might have a little bit of

tendenitis (?) in that finger. Today, also made the first time

that he suggested that I keep the idea of surgery in the back of my

head and that could be an option sometime if the pain gets to be too

much. In a way I'm kind of hoping to avoid the surgery, but I

think my problem with surgery might be what the word in itself

implies. Anyhow, he also suggested that I temporarily bump up my

MTX from 6 tabs a week to 7 tabs a week. I just wanted to let

everyone know where I am at now.

Thanks for listening.

Susie
