Hi everyone,

Close to 2 years ago, my son became very ill. He had yeast and the

die-off effect triggered a

severe allergic reaction. His face quadrupled in size, it was layered in

hives and the heat it emitted was impressive.

I wrote about my experience back then because after taking him to some very

well known and great practitioners on Long Island,

I was left helpless until a friend referred the East End Wellness Center in

Riverhead. Within 2 days of seeing Dr. Ed, my son's face was back

to its original size, color & temperature. I was so impressed I shared with

the group my experience.

Now, 2 years later, after a particularly rough summer, my son regressed.

After trying to defeat the yeast on my own, I surrendered and drove my kid

back

to the wellness center. This time I also dragged my youngest (NT) whose

allergies and asthma were getting progressively worse, and my oldest (quirky

but NT), whose anxiety &

moody behaviors could no longer be attributed to long haired teenage angst,

decked out in Led Zep & Pink Floyd t-shirts..

The office has expanded since I last been there, which is why I'm sharing

the info in case it can help anyone out there.

They take most insurance, and they are now open Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-

5:30 pm, and every other Saturday.

They have a larger staff now, including a nutritionist who is extremely

knowledgeable and helpful, Dr. Hoffman a Natural pathologist,

Dr. Eugenio Crisostomo, MD (a DAN Dr ), Dr. Stauff who performs applied

Kinesiology and will be a certified DAN Dr in October..

And then there is Dr. Ed Persaud who is as far as I'm concerned, a genius at

applied Kinesiology.

They also offer vitamin IV drops, B12 shots, and they do chelation therapy.

While the vitamin drops and B12 shots are covered by insurance, I found that

the chelation therapy is not. It is out of pocket and the cost is $125.00.

Turns out, after Dr. Ed saw my boys each one had very specific issues. Gabe,

in particular has yeast in the brain, which made a lot of sense as to the

way in which he regressed.

We started the 3 on each of their protocols of drops & diet changes &

changes in a few vitamins & supplements and I have already begun to see some

positive changes in all of them.
