Angie,

I don't know about doctors in NC, I live in TN. But,

I was wondering if you have been blood tested for RMSF or given a Wester

Blot for Lyme ? I personally never saw the tick, but I never saw a rash

either. I had a whole and a raised red spot on my left shoulder. As for the

spotc that look like blood under the skin, I had something like that and

went to see a doctor, they were poped capularlies(could be sp wrong), and I

have a persistant cough, many of the symptoms sound familiar. Also your

right, if you have an infection it has to be something. You need to get

tested. That would be the first step.
