of GA,

Your story sounds like me exactly although I was trying to clean a house

that hadn't had much done to it in years so it would be acceptable to

those coming for vacation. One finally has to admit at some stage one

can only do what one can do and let the rest go. The reason to begin

with that the house is in such a state is that I couldn't do what needed

to be done in the first place. Anything that can be done from a middle

of the body area is doable but take the next to the floor, down on hands

and knees-forget it, anything that's above the head, forget it or one

gets dizzy and falls. You need to totally plan your days and make room

for that " rest " , if something doesn't get done because of it, well that

is how it is done. I know you don't like to let your children down but

they need to understand you are willing to push but you do have limits.

Which activity is most important to them as you are limited to just one

and somedays not even one.

My company is here, they are still asleep, I am up due to the body

hurting, maybe not the top of the head or ankles but just about

everywhere else. Moving about will help the stiffness but my company

will have to just deal with the fact I can't do nor go everywhere they

might want to-not in this terrible heat anyway. I have found children

are usually the most understanding of all and are willing to help in all

ways that they can. We also need the healing laughter they provide for

us.
