The main problem is that the web site does not faciliate membership.

Doesn't say where to send a check, how much... okay! I just found it. They

should make the membership information (the part you actually have to mail

in) more prominent.

They should also let people email about Interest in membership, so that

they can later send an envelope to facilitate people actually getting

around to mailing it in.

Just my ideas. I promise to send in my membership now!
