I wanted to share this with you as I feel my spleen issues have been ongoing for

some years; as you read this very long and informative link you will see the dry

mouth reference. I was diagnosed by a former dentist with SS, " dry mouth " in

2004. energy issues and of course liver, gallbladder, and stomach problems,

were and are ongoing.

I am now doing Empower, by Truehope, which was developed for mental disorders,

but based on the brain/gut connection, and my need to detox, {everything is

hurting, a sure sign I needed this!} and a friend referral from Darman, I

bought 2 months worth.

I am looking at a similar product which is less costly. My sleep has improved

but I am unable to take the suggested quantities.

So looking at the Thyroid, and supplementing was kinda wasted as if the Spleen

is not functioning properly absorption will not be effective. The Spleen has

been explained as the emotional, the " mother " as it were, and where

accumulative stressful life ocurances build , if not excised, and so that is

part of my life to a much greater degree now also. My symptoms are almost

constant tiredness, very shallow breathing, skin interruptions of all kinds,

including red inflamed patches around my ankles. dryness of eyes, mouth and

skin, ie skin looking dehydrated, feeling fluish if I have a busy day, and

appetite changes, requiring little fluid intake.

Basically I think anyone who has been taking medications for any mental disorder

and or diagnosed with low Thyroid and has any symptoms listed in this piece,

anyone who has experienced stress for prolonged periods and experienced loss....

should have the spleen evaluated .
