Hi Robyn,

I have had the severe headaches from lyme. I take

25mg. of elavil at bedtime, which has helped reduce

the headaches along with treatment for the lyme. And

when I do get one I have found Fiurinal with codein #3

gets rid of them ( excuse my spelling). I had

previously tried a lot of other migraine meds, which

did not work for me. Sorry to hear about your friend.

I hope that he is ok now. Take care, Kim S.

Robyn,...severe headache was my first real problem with lyme........I get

them so bad that I can't do anything but vomit and cry......can't walk talk

ect.......I found that emitrex did nothing for me......I have endocet and

morphine at home along with a nausea pill........if that doesn't work I end

up in the ER and have found that morphine and droproperidol work the

fastest.......those headaches are like nothing else.....I feel for your

friend........good luck

I took Lexapro only once and ended up with a full blown migraine. I

will never take it again.

Lex?

Just curious. I got a reall whopper last night, knocked me on my ass.

Trying to determine if it's from Lex, xanax or Tricor i take for

cholestrol...

I only take 0.5 (half pill of Lex and as little xanax as possible.

Also wondering if the Aspetame in Diet Coke can be to blame, but i

dunt know.

I went off Lex last year from tiredness and headahes. They may be

anxiety-related

however... I feel beat up aftrewards from them.

Best,

Faiv

Maybe the combination of all 3 gave you a headache. Terry
