Hello KC ,

I am new to the egroup. My name is Debbie.

I noticed you mentioned iron tablets. I just wanted to let you know I

have read in the book " Prescription for nutritional healing " that iron

feeds bacteria. The book went on to say when the body has a bacterial

infection the body will hide the iron in the liver away from the

bacteria. My LLMD has said my iron is low but I'm concerned about taking

iron. Have you or anyone on the list heard of this before?

Hi, Debbie,

Welcome. :)

Yes, I have heard of this before, but I wasn't sure which supplements

besides vitamin B was involved. My LLMD told me not to take supplements,

particularly B vitamins, bec. they feed the spirochetes.

I have followed this advice for some time, but just saw a nutritionist who

recommended magnesium, Q-10, and B vitamin supplements. I didn't say

anything ab. my LLMD's recommendation (I just asked for " immune

support " ) and I will ask my LLMD when I see him on Dec. 5.

I don't know what to advise, being a bit confused ab. what is really best,

but I wanted you to know I had heard of this. It's confusing.

Healing to you,

Marie

oops - sorry for that grammatical error. Sometimes a grad student is

still a Lymie with brain fog! LOL!

Warmest wishes to you all,

Marie

KC- what do you mean by hormone therapy? Also, I bought tri salts. How often

do you take it and do you stop other mineral supplements? Thanks!
