We're happy to hear that you guys are finding the search engine

useful. I know we didn't publicize it much but we felt that a more

gradual introduction was better just in case something bad happened.

The good news is, nothing bad happened, and the site's running great.

If anyone has any feedback about the tool, please let us know.

Hi Liat,

I second the comments about how good the search engine is - thanks so much

for doing this! :-)

My question is, is there any chance you could add other NT/WAP-related

lists? I moderate three others that are all Weston Price lists and would be

so grateful if they could be added to your search engine as it's effectively

impossible to search the archives. I have NO idea if this requires a great

deal of labor on your part, so I will understand if it's too time-consuming

to add more lists. If we could even get just one of them added, that alone

would be a great service. But again, I understand if that's not doable.

I absolutely LOVE pilates!! Its so good to stretch and increase your range of motion. I use a balance ball (be careful on this, you need a good rubberized mat underneath and ALWAYS wear sturdy shoes). I learned Pilates from 2 different videos. I alter the exercises a bit in areas where I am limited, but I feel so GOOD after exercising! I walk on the treadmilly, do exercise bike, and then finish with pilates and light weights.

There's also something on satellite tv called Caribbean workout, and its also Pilates.

Also check out you local public television channel. OUR here in Racine has sever programs for people with mobility problems, my rheumy recommends one called sit and be fit.
