Guest guest
This may sound very strange, but I used to work for an ophthalmologist. Did you know that Diabetes can be first diagnosised in your eyes?? It shows up in your retina's. We had quite a few patients that when they went back and the doctor did additional tests diabetes was found. Also certain vascular and neurological conditions show up in your eyes before other parts of your body. Consider having your eyes checked. Staceysnooksmama@... wrote: No, I am not. I think the problem could be in the ankle, knee, or hip or perhaps even the spine. A neurologist could do a nerve conduction study to see if this is the problem. Of course, if you have changed medications recently this could be a weird side effect but I suspect active RA instead. You should be seeing a rheumatologist, and you might also consider a second opinion. God bless. I've been on Arava and Enbrel, and I've developed tingling and numbness in my feet. They said it could be the Arava or the Enbrel or both. Has anyone had this happen? My doc had me go off the Arava and Enbrel and I'm just on Voltaren now, and I've been feeling worse every day. I've also not noticed any improvement in my feet. Has anyone here experienced this? I am thinking that I'll put up with the foot issues to get my arthritis back to doing better.... Guest guest
I am posting a little late, but I too have also experienced numbness and tingling in my feet, to the point where I have to sit down because my feet feel like they are falling asleep. Do you have a lot of swelling in pain in your feet? My rheumy said that it was from the swelling pressing on my nerves. Hope this helps. Yes, both of those symptoms are related to candida. Numbing and tingling can also be caused by a lack of B vitamins. He should be taking all of the supplements I recommend.
