Sorry! Itchy penis and testicles-HELP!

My 8 year old is complaining his penis is itching " so bad I can't stand it " .

His testicles are red and rippley? on one side. I am not sure he hasn't just

rubbed them raw from scratching. Yeasty behaviors have increased (up giggly in

middle of night). We rotate GSE, OOO, Pau D'arco and Nystatin. He is also on

OLE to combat strep. He takes 3 Klaire Detox Support probiotics at night, 4 on

round which was last weekend. We just added 1 Swanson Ultimate Probiotic

Formula. His bottom has also been pimply on cheeks and red in center. Any

ideas at what this may be and what to do for immediate relief? I've tried

powder, baking soda bath, zinc oxide cream, cortizone, EMLA and even Vagisil

yeast cream (which he said really stung). HELP!!!!!!!!!
