Guest guest
Our first testing years ago showed very high nickel and chromium for my then 16y daughter. She had had spacer bar, braces and was then using a stainless steel retainer. Our orthodontist looked into the composition of the 'stainless steel'. It had allmost 10% nickel and 19% chromium. I had the retainer changed to a non metal one. We have chelated but not w the metal in her mouth. > > Good afternoon, all, > > I went to our pediatric dentist and specifically asked him about the stainless steel cap and if mercury was in those caps. > > I also asked for a copy of the MSDS Materials Safety Data Sheet for those stainless steel caps. The form stated 100% stainless steel. > > I am thinking I may need to go to a separate dentist (holistic dentist in DFW) and get another opinion. > > I want to start chelation but want to ensure that these stainless steel caps will not be an issue. > > Any advice?
