I should have posted sooner. has been in the hospital with an infection

affecting his good eye and something eating away the whole top of his left foot.

Nine doctors with nine different opinions on problem and resolution. Our LLMD

does not have privileges at that hospital, and cannot consult. Two doctors had

to ask " What's Lyme. " Some of the treatments they wanted to provide (one of them

being steroids) are contraindicated for Lyme. Good thing knows what he can

and cannot have. Have to educate doctors just to get well. What a mess.

We had an a/c failure in the apartment On May 22 - went 5 days and 4 nights

without a/c in high 90's temperatures. Then the drain pan upstairs overflowed

and we endured 3 days of flooding, which has resulted in a huge growth of mold

in the sheetrock, ceiling, floors, and rugs. Cannot get property managers to do

anything about cleaning it up. I feel this assault on his immune system caused

the infection. I have certainly been affected with bronchial congestion,

fatigue, itching, burning eyes. I am so frustrated, I am calling the city code

commisioner, and contacting the property owners. (This is supposedly a " luxury "

apartment, but it feels like the slums.)

Love ya,

Rose
