When i started Humeria about a year ago, my rhuemy told me it takes about four shots for the full effect, which was about a month for me because I take it every week, Also remember to take your shot out of the fridge 15-30 before hand to let come to room temp. I had first Humira shot yesterday and hope(if similar to Enbrel) that I will tell something within 2 weeks.
