....and to stop at midnight on Sundays?

I was perusing posts earlier this week and saw a discussion about this.

Do you chelate every 3 hours day and night or relax it to 4 hours at night?

Also do you continue thru til Monday morning or stop at night on Sunday due to

it being a school night?

Curious.
