Red painful skin around anus

Hello all,

 

 My daughter has red painful skin around her anus which sometimes bleeds when i

wipe it. I have increased her yeast protocol - 4 capsules of candidase and 3

drops of GSE daily. Any insights as to what else i could add or what could be

causing this?
