My son has ADHD & I put him on GFCFSFEF diet for the past 3 - 4 months. Therefore without the bread, he tends to eat more rice or food made with rice flour for his meals. So far, besides having a better appetite, I do not see any improvement in terms of behaviour & concentration. So I'd like to try out from what some of you are doing, in the 'biomed' way.. He's on Houston's TriEnza enzymes occasionally too.. recently I started giving him Nature's Answer's Ginkgo & Planetary's Calm Child. So far, no big difference that I notice..
