Metals used in class rings?

Hello,

It's time for my son to order a class ring. There are several confusing choices

other than gold or paltinum. I am concerned about the safety of the Lustrium and

Dualcast rings. Can the metals leach into his body?

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
