Guest guest Posted September 30, 2010 Report Share Posted September 30, 2010 hi we are looking to start our viral protocol (again) round 3, we've got ole and monolaurin and it says to take them both with food, what would you suggest? Usually i would have given anti virals ie 2 prx, vit c, ole and monolaurin an hr before food morning/evening for best effect, should I just give the prx and then dose the others with meals? thanks emma Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
