Early

Intervention Survey Seeking Parents

We are studying parent-directed, home based, behavioral programs for young

children (1-7 years of age) with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Please

consider reviewing this survey and then participating. The purpose of the study

is to understand how parents manage these programs. Further, we hope that by

presenting these findings to the behavioral and public policy community, better

funding and other supports for parents conducting home programs may be made

available. To view the survey and participate, go to

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/EIBI

For additional information about the survey please contact Dr. Jack at

jscott@... or call 561 251-4104.
