Last month my son got sick at school (it was going around) and threw up. Unlike the other kids he did not get a fever or act sick. After that his behavior started going straight down hill. He is stimmming, talking to himself, ocd big time, oppositional, laughing for no reason. Behavior at school is a diaster - was actually ok prior to this. His cognition as usual is good - in fact it is slightly sharper than usual. I don't know what to do.
