New Behavior - Sticking out tongue/rolling tongue

Hoping someone can shed some light on my son's new behavior.

We did 3 rounds but stopped this week b/c he possibly needed adrenal support

(exhaustion).

Boosted Vitamin C and B's.

He started sticking out his tongue and rolling his tongue. This is new

behavior.

Could this be yeast or too much B's? Before when I give him too much

B-complex, his uncontrollable verbal noises would be really high.

Also switched his Vitamin C from ascorbic acid to Ester-C. Reaction to the

Ester-C?

Thanks for any input.

Vitamin C and B vitamins both tended to increase yeast at my house, and verbal

noises meant yeast here, so you can try increasing the yeast protocol and see if

that helps.

Can be " too much " also, both C and Bs required carnitine for proper absorption

at my house, and giving them without carnitine caused negative symptoms. Does

he play with his saliva? That meant carnitine deficiency here.

Thank you Dana! You are amazing. We ran out of carnitine (Brain Vitale from

Designs for Health) so he was off it for a while. Wanted to see if he is ok

with one less supplement.

Brain Vitale contains: Do you think these are ok?

Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500 mg

GlyceroPhosphoCholine (GPC) 200 mg

Inositol 200 mg

Phosphatidylserine 120 mg

GinkgoSelect™ Phytosome™ 90 mg

[Ginkgo Biloba (leaves) and Glycine (soybeans)]

I was also adding Vit C & B-Complex to his multivitamin. Stopped doing that and

it's getting a bit better. Will up the yeast protocol.

Thanks again!

I only gave carnitine and inositol. I don't know about the rest.

Does he speak? I was concerned when my son started sticking his tongue out all

day, curling it up, down, and in all directions. His face was chapped from the

moisture, and because of his motor issues, I worried he would fall and bite his

tongue. He stopped after about 3 weeks, and then had a language explosion. He

had discovered his tongue and was learning how to use it :-)
