High sodium/potassium in relation to cal/mag indicates adrenal

problems. Not that they are wasting sod/k.

Are you referring to higher in sodium/potassium than they are in cal/mag on a

hair or blood test?

What test shows low aldosterone?

My son & I are higher in cal/mag & low in sodium & potassium. My son craves sea

salt & does pee more. His teachers tell me he can hardly make it w/o going to

the bathroom between each class. He doesn't seem to drink that much water but

more than other kids. He needs to gain weight.

I used to crave more salt until I got older.

Does it also have anything to do with blocked  D absorption w/o vit K?  I read

some on the vit K list about it.  They talk about detoxing w salt, baking soda &

using electrolyte drinks.
