Casein and whey are two proteins in cow's milk. Theoretically, you can isolate

the whey and have it be casein-free. I can imagine the risk of contamination is

near-certain in OTC products; the question is if you can tolerate teeny amounts

of casein or not. Plus, not every ASD child is casein free, nor do they need to

be.

I would agree this might not be the best choice in product for a child. I

wouldn't say as much for an adult, except the price is large and the ingredients

many.

FYI: I don't enjoy the SPAM either, but I don't elevate it to Troll status.

potential problems with it for the price. And it also bugs me that some of these

" great products " are only sold by dealers or reps and those such people appear

with great stories to go along with what they sell. Profit or not, if you are

using it and selling it, you have a vested interested in that product, even if

you claim not to get paid for it.

apraxia group, so I did an evaluation of it based strictly on the ingredients of

the product not on parents stories or info from the company:

this should not be used for high cysteine people. This is why many of us dose

vitamins and minerals and amino's individually or purchase formulas specific for

autism.

Is there some " new whey protein " that doesn't come from milk that I haven't

heard about? I am cf and last I knew I could not have whey. Whey comes from

cheese which comes from cow's milk.

for me. Copper is often too high in mercury toxic individuals and Andy says to

avoid it.

doses for the price. You can purchase real minerals not yeast forms, you can buy

aminos and individual herbs..again all for less money and not be slave to a

distributor to order them. And try out what works and does not work for your

child all while avoiding copper.

analysis doesn't apply to you. You have already been made your decision.

> For those on the fence, seriously reconsider it. If you are here to cure your

child using AC chelation of metal toxicity, then in no way do you want to give

your child something with copper in it. If you are here to address the chronic

yeast infection/systemic candida your child has, then in no way do you want to

give a vitamin drink where most all of the minerals come from yeast. If your

child is casein intolerant or allergic, then you don't want something with whey

in it.
