What's your expereince with brain balance?

Hi,

Have you tried brain balance? If yes, can you share your experience with me?

Does it work? How effective it is?

I am living in Canada. My friend recommends me to go to US for three months

and try brain balance. It will be a big decision for me, leaving school,

home and family and big $$. I'd like to know is it worth to make such a big

change? Thank you very much for your advices!

We are using some of the Brain Balance things. You can purchase a book called

The Well Balance Child by Sally Goddard Blythe. And things like Brain Gym which

address sensory integration and reflex integration.

These things do help. My son had primitive reflexes still that are being

integrated through some of these exercises. And this is helping his sensory and

his motor and visual motor function.

I can't vouch for the centers or whether or not it'd be worth the money and

travel for you. We could not afford to do this.

but from what I'm seeing the integration exercises do work.
