Guest guest
Well, that is a pretty big question. I would ask what you are doing now. - Are GFCF diet? have you ever had an Igg test? Most mercury toxic people can't digest some foods, mainly dairy and gluten which is wheat and a few other things. Has to do with the metals messing up the body's ability to produce enzymes and other things that help it break down foods. Try a GFCF diet for at least two weeks and see if you notice changes. We saw dramatic changes in our boys. - Fish Oil, Flax oil, or some other type of essential fatty stuff. Good for the brain. - A good multi-vitamin is what we give our kids, the adult dose. We use Jarrow Multi-Easy. - Epsom Salt in the bathtub. 1-2 cups in a bath as warm as they tolerate and get them to soak for 15 minutes if you can. Keep the water out of their eyes, it stings a little. (like salt) - Digestive enzymes (see above) - Zinc. 1 mg per pound of body weight, plus 20 mg. Example, 40 lb kid would get 60 mg. Close is good enough. - Liver support, milk thistle. - Yeast protocol. GSE and biotin, as well as probiotics. - Magnesium, dose up to the point of loose bowels and then back off a little. Not more than 600mg. These are all just to make your child more comfortable and get their bodies to work a little better, while you are chelating. Until you get the metals out it is all just paddling upstream. Adrenals? minerals? Thanks again, Jen > > You have 4 in the red, on the low side, this meets one of the counting rules. Does he meet the counting rules? His past tests showed that he did and this one seems very different. > This is pre chelation - we are about to start back at it. > Also, any comments regarding mineral derrangement, etc. would be great. > > Thanks, > > Jen > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
The hair test does show mild adrenal stress so it might be worth trying ACE and if tolerated maybe some vit b5,b6, giving some lithium in small amounts might improve mood a bit.
