I have not given her b12 before at all... which form of b12 will be best for us

to start with? which brand? and the dosage for a 3 yrs and 30 lb child?

and if I start her on b12, does it mean I should not give her DMG? I just

started giving that to her and I am not sure how she is going to handle DMG...

but I read it before that the b12 and DMG combo is not good.

should I give 15 mg/ 4 times a day of p5p instead of 25 mg? Would that be ok?

Calcium - how much? I am giving 300 mg/day right now.

I am not giving her Co Q10 right now but she has been taking Carnitine for 6

months now. Should I start her on C0q10? and how much?

5-MTHF - do you know of any good brand? and dosage I should consider?

Thank you!

Shruti.

I use mB12, oral/sublingual. I used both Jarrow and Natural Factors brands. I

started with 250mcg but my kids were older than yours, you might want to start

with 100mcg.

The combination of mB12 and TMG worked very well here, but they both required a

lot of folic acid and carnitine for proper absorption, and they both tended to

increase yeast, so watch for that.

It won't be good if you don't give sufficient folic acid and carnitine. But

once I got the ratios right, it was awesome.

Try that, see if you notice improvement or regression.

That dose seems reasonable, unless she is either severely deficient or toxic.

Start low, like 20mg, and be sure to give it at the same time as a fat, either

food or supplement like CLO.
