Guest guest
I've not had any dentistry done, so if I have the mercury, it's still i my mouth. In that case, is it safe to take 1,000 mg of Vitamin C? Or is taking the Vit. C mostly for afterward to help get the mercury out? And don't know much about molybdenum except I now know how to spell it! Ha! But what is it good for? I keep seeing it thrown around that it's to be used... is that for after the mercury is out of the mouth or even before? Any kind of molybdenum is good? And zinc... one person told me that 1mg per 1 lb. of weight is a good amount to take. Is that before or after mercury is out of the teeth? Is there a good brand anyone can tell me that you use? Thanks! I'm full of questions, I know! But I appreciate any help Tamara
