Depends on the dose per capsule, I guess - mine are 350mg, and

the bottle says to take one a day. I take three...worked up to it

gradually, mind! :)

And beans - lots & lots of beans! LOL

At least you can also have unlimited amounts of veggies, too.

The Jewish Commuity Center, the only place where there *is* a regular water

aerobics class and open swim (until day camp season), *does* make a fortune.

But with a few thousand $$ a year plus over $100 a month membership fees,

it's way out of my league.

One of the local gyms just had a multi-million dollar renovation (It's going

to be featured in some TV comedy/reality series about weight loss this

summer, too) applied for a pool permit but was denied by the city. I guess

they didn't have more cash on hand to pass under the table to city hall.

It's now after Memorial Day - a trip to the beach, something that would take

an hour in the other 3 seasons of the year, will now take at least 3 hours

on a typical evening or weekend. We can't even hit our favorite mall after

Mem. Day because it's in that general direction and it takes over an hour

just to get over the NJ Turnpike bridge extension at the end of our city

over to Newark just to get *on* the main turnpike road to go just a few

miles down to the next exit. The non-toll roads are even worse.

Excuses, excuses. You live in Bayonne. There's plenty of water nearby.

Just think of all the exercise you'll get avoiding those tankers. :):)

:) Of course your skin might fall off due to some exotic bacteria but

that's a small price to pay for fitness. :)

I read on cnn.com that the job market has really picked up for new college

grads. Hopefully Henry can find a great job when he gets out and you can

get the hell outta Bayonne. When will he finish up his BS? I know you said

he's going to stay for his masters. Maybe he should go to a different

school for that in an area that has more jobs. If the job market is good

now he might want to send out his resume and postpone grad school if he can

find a good job. It's much easier to go back for a graduate degree than it

used to be with all the evening and on-line programs.

I already ordered a copy of Andy's book...and I am thinking about this

chelation protocol but not until l've learned enough from you guys and

understood the basics explained by Mr Cutler, still, l want to throw a question:

how much ALA/ DMSA would be a safe dose to start a 42 pound, 5 yo child on the

protocol? He was chelated with IV Ca EDTA last time a year ago (7 pushes in

total) and l never saw a thing but negatives and now reading your explanations

about mid-life chelating agents and damage caused by inadequate methods and

agents I am afraid I am convinced l was going the wrong route. I don't have

any MDs here to support me with my kid (mexico city) and nobody who truly

understands how it should be done. So, everything l implement on biomed or

healing interventions l do on my own and this error-success road is pretty

exhausting both emotionally as well as existentially.... U know what l am

talking about. I believe his mercury load didn't get any better with the other

chelation methods, just stirred up. (I do have knowledge of him being Hg toxic

since the second time we chelated we collected urine for 8hrs and doctor's data

test came back positive for several heavy metals). I am now working on

implementing vit k2 protocol, which l understand shouldn't be combined with

other protocols, so, I will try and see, otherwise l am moving into this

protocol. I am also treating bacterial issues since he showed + for some lyme

bands and a couple of its co-infections. Comments are highly appreciated.

Blessings,

Isa

1/8-1/2 mg/lb. so 5-20 mg, best to start at the low end and gradually increase.

Glad you stopped the other. He doesn't have any mercury amalgam dental

fillings, does he? Many of us chelate without a doc.

I drink one 12 ounce mug of kefir every morning on an empty stomach and more

whenever I feel 'the need' through out the day. Even sometimes have another mug

at bed time if I desire.

Thank you all so much for your answers, one more question, is it necessary to

drink on an empty stomach, I have not been doing this and I seen a few people

do.

Dear ,

I make smoothies out of my kefir. If you are drinking a lot of kefir, I see no

reason to drink it on an empty stomach. If you are only drinking say 4 ounces

per day, then perhaps I could see some reason for drinking it only on an empty

stomach. I drink about 5 cups per day.
