My son had yeast years ago, and it took us a few years to clear that and the leaky gut. I read conflicting things about how to get rid of yeast. And my son does not do very well with supplements. Generally we need to rotate, to the extent we can do them. I'd appreciate any top tips for how to get rid of yeast. Some questions I have. What about nuts? Are almonds and cashews ok (our initial doctor said this)? What about fruit? Do you need to avoid all, or is a piece or so a day ok? What about citrus? Gluten? Avoid all, or are oats ok? Rye? Crucial supplements? I'm thinking to rotate, for anti-fungals: berberis, caprylic acid, oreganol, garlic. Carry on with everything else, or do you take a break to work on the yeast?
