Dear Parents,

This is extremely URGENT. Please respond asap.

We had an IEP for my son's sporadic behaviors. District is offerring NPS.

Parents refuse NPS and want LRE. District denies NPS. District is filing for a

Honig Injunction.

What should I do? PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. THANKS!
