Question about adding ALA.

What works for us is putting the ALA into apple sauce, and he takes it realwell.

We now use the whole 25mg capsule and put it into the apple sauceand he swallows

it with the sauce.

He has been on the 12.5 mgs for 2 years and now on 25mg of ALA.He weighs 85lbs.
