Guest guest
Hi all, On the topic of shoes ... I have flat feet so my feet & ankles need some extra support. I vary between , Saucony & my latest fave -- the Asics Kayano. Here is a tip for choosing -- go to your local running store. A good store will have people who will watch you walk without shoes to see how your foot moves, ask about any health problems & give you suggestions based on what is best for your feet & problems. My rheumy writes an Rx for me to by shoes so I could deduct it as a medical expense. He also wrote me a letter for work so I can wear sneakers everyday (although everyone does at my current job. A good pair of shoes, like my Asics, are guaranteed for 5000 miles or so many years. Take care, Steph in VA paula delarosa <pdelarosa@...> wrote: Thank you, thank you !!
