child has trouble with clothing

All of the sudden, my son doesn't like the tags on the back inside of his shirt

and prefers just to wear a shirt and no pants (with a diaper) non stop. Does any

one have an opinion on what could cause this? How to get it too stop? Is is

yeast? viral? This has been going on for 6 weeks, the shirt tag thing, 2 weeks.
