Guest guest
I drink 3 - 4 quarts of filtered water daily. If I don't my joints hurt. So Yes drinking lots of water helps RA pain go away. I am not on any meds and I was RXed in my early 30 and I am now 50. I drink LOTS of filtered water.........I do not touch artificial sweeteners because they make my RA hurt. I take lots of supplements,,,,,,,,,watch what I eat (no bleached flour, no sugar, no cokes etc) and I walk daily. The only way you can tell I have RA is to look closely at my hands as two of my fingers are a little twisted up. So yes drinking filtered water - lots of it - help RA.
