Guest guest
Hi all, I was just trying to get all of our supplements accounted for in terms of AC protocol support requirements and have a couple of questions on dosing. Looking at " Welcome to the autism mercury group " in files i find conflicting statement. under " Supplementing for Chelation " second paragraph it talks about giving vitamins in citrate form can raise ph and should be avoided...then it goes on to say vitamin c is recommended in ester forms as it raises ph.... (raising the ph was something to be avoided according to the prev statement...???) Dosing for Vitamin A I found 700 Retinol Eq. Activ. one RDA for women.... is it different for children? I guess I want to clarify that I should be giving 700 REA times 5 to make 5 RDA's that is recommended in the document? My fish oil does not state with these units it just says 75% RDA. Vitamin B is listed at 12.5-25 mg 4 times per day...Any particular B group we are looking for with any particular ratios? Sorry for all the questions. I just want to have it right the first time. Thank you all for your help. Lena
