Also wanted to add that I've been drinking an electrolyte drink... approx. 4 oz

per day.

adrenal support. It seemed to be working as I was feeling better with more

energy and clearer thinking. Even after a few days.

several times a day except for only taking one B Complex pill.

not well, but that's golf... but ate rotten. Felt good but tired that night.

yesterday felt OK but did some very heavy lifting (desk) and worked on a ceiling

fan. Took supplements all day long and had an epsom salt bath last night before

bed. Didn't take an epsom salt bath friday night.

around my left kidney area. Didn't think much of it ... I've had some pains in

the kidney area on both sides but usually took care of it with some kidney

enzymes. But this pain was a little different.

nauseaous and weakness. Almost couldn't stand... very weak. I basically am

still having my protein shakes quite a bit and not eating much veggies. I had

plain yogurt with stevia and natural peanut butter before bed. Have had this

several time and slept fine.

and it says everything is fine. I started feeling better so came home as I

don't have insurance so didn't want to run up a bigger bill than I already had.

Welcom your input. Is it my diet? Am struggling with what to eat badly.
