This was at a private institute so it could ne a facility by facility thing. It probably varies state by state and employer by employer. For example, an article I saw from Idaho claimed that every person who invoked 'religious exemption' for Tb was granted exemption. A letter had been written to the supervisor or whomever was in charge of the testing policy which spelled out in detail each reason why it violated their strongly held religious convictions. In the District of Columbia, apparently you cannot use religious exemption for Tb testing at town University.
