Hi

Nice to meet you, well as far as getting old I think I'm there now lol but I

tend not to think of the constant pain that hits you from dusk until dawn

and try and live a normal life as possible and try and piut the pain to the

back of my head until it hits to remind me its still there but I finding

standing does tend to make the pain worse so keeping on the move does help

but you can't keep on the move for good as it hits you once your indoors so

thankyou for answering my mail and heres wishing you a good day ahead
