Guest guest
Hi there, I'm not a viral expert but I have been managing some chronic viral issue which is mild but definitely affects me. Here's what I have been using: Olive Leaf Extract - definitely think this has some benefits. I have more energy when I take OLE two to three times a day. I am a bit concerned it wipes out some good gut bacteria though. And it needs to be taken away from lysine. Lithium Orotate - high mercury folks are often low lithium, and this is the case in our home. We take this one every other day. Lithium is helpful against HHV-6. L-Lysine - I use this during chelation rounds, as I have seen reports that lysine and glycine help move metals from the intracellular to extracellular space. I think maybe that's why lysine can cause lots of yeast normally. I find if we have chelators around to clear the toxins it triggers less yeast. Vitamin C - every day, 3 times a day. I've also found Virastop helpful, but again have only used it ad-hoc, not on a daily protocol. Jo > > Hi there > I would appreciate any advice on a low and slow viral protocol please? I'm thinking about using OLE and Lysine. My son is about 70lb. Would I start one at a time and what dosage - would I be aiming to increase and by how much? > BTW I read the paper on virals in the files - very interesting. I'm convinced this is worth a try as he is better on antibiotics (not that he's on them now - but was for an extended period due to a kidney condition), he shows less autism spectrum traits when he has a fever, and shows some of the other signs as well. > Many thanks in anticipation, > Alison W >

My son is about 70lb. Would I start one at a time and what dosage - would I be aiming to increase and by how much? Be sure to give them at least 2 hours apart, the lysine will inactivate the OLE. I used OLE, lysine, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin D. My son needed high doses, not low doses. Be sure you have a good yeast protocol, viral die off caused a LOT of yeast here. Guest guest
Hi Jo, Any clue why OLE should be taken away from Lysine? Thanks, Sasmita > > > > Hi there > > I would appreciate any advice on a low and slow viral protocol please? I'm thinking about using OLE and Lysine. My son is about 70lb. Guest guest
Glycine, lysine, histadine, and cysteine (including n-acetyl-l-cysteine) can interfere with the action of one of the components of OLE, reducing its effectiveness.
