Guest guest
Hi My son has a sore right below the mouth (not on the lip like a cold sore). It looks chapped almost and I put calendula on it yesterday. Today it looks bigger and dry around the sides. I've changed nothing in his supplements and/or diet. We are not chelating at the moment and not using antivirals (besides elderberry everyday) or antifungals. I'm thinking it might be viral and if so, what could I use to put on the sore? I have some OLE and Lysine in the house, but I'm not sure of dosage. Hes 5 yrs, 50 lbs. Any advise would be so appreciative. Thanks
Guest guest
thanks! My son has the same thing - it has come and gone over the past few months but it is above his mouth and sometimes right next to his nose. Someone mentioned it could be phenol related but I can't seem to make a link for him. - > > Hi > My son has a sore right below the mouth (not on the lip like a cold sore). Guest guest
My son has similar things going on. He got chapped dry lips and his lower lip is bumpy, but not cold sores. He keeps rubbing it, so I also put some calendula cream, it helps with dryness. Also, we have been on GSE for a few weeks now and yesterday we started Uva Ursi, so may be he is going through some die-off. He also has runny and stuffy noise and keeps sneezing a lot.  Hope this helps.  Dovile From: carriejtallent@... <carriejtallent@...> Subject: Re: [ ] Re: Sore below the mouth?? I thought the niacin would nip it in the bud due to an article I read on earth-clinic, but it has just made my forehead scaly. Now my bottom lip is swollen and the skin is cracked, sore, has white spots, and there's a sore at the corner of my lips. Nothing so far has helped. I tried eating beans yesterday so as not to feed the candida as much, but that just made it worse. Today I bought L-Lysine to see if that makes a difference. I've already tried magnesium-oxide, mint, biotin (which probably helped the best overall, but not much), an anti-foot-fungal cream and niacinamide. > > > > This is visibly swollen & cracked, and it hurts. Sugar makes it worse. I'm considering gentian violet next. Guest guest
I don't know what to give - and I don't know what causes it. Right now he has two - one just inside his nostril and one where Crawford's mole is. If anyone has an idea I'd be grateful!!!!!! > > > > Hi > > My son has a sore right below the mouth (not on the lip like a cold sore). It looks chapped almost and I put calendula on it yesterday. Guest guest
I had cracked and peeling lips (not associated with ALA) about a year and a half ago and used Carmex lip balm. It got rid of whatever it was. > > > > From: lovelove919love <louisgjordan@> > > Subject: [ ] Re: Sore below the mouth??
