What is DRY E

The reason to give probiotic later in the day is mainly away from the

yeast

fighting stuff like GSE that will kill the probiotics. The rule of thumb is 2

hours seperation.

72 or 84 hours, either is good. Do the best you can.

To split a 25mg capsule in four, dump out on a mirror or other smooth surface

and split into 4 piles. Close is OK.

Get a " Dry E " and dump it into juice, cold food, etc..

Antioxidants are the most vital, you can start without Selenium or Moly.

Fiber and probiotic are fine. You can mix it all together except yeast killers

and probiotics.

Three times a day, four times, it's all good. We mix everything together and

give it throughout the day as best we can.

Hello All,

How can we divide the 25mg capsule into 4 effectively.

If we decide to go out during a round how can we take dmsa and ala so it is

still effective

Can a round be any less than 72 hrs.Can it be longer say 84 hrs.

Can you all suggest a good vit e for someone not swallowing capsules or

tablets.Ive found chews for every other supplement

i dont have Selenium and Molybdenum in place yet.............Can i start

chelation and slowly add them or should i start with these before.

for yeast good probiotic and caprylic oil.........should this be enough to start

and then if still needed can i add more or i definitely will need more

can i add fiber and probiotic together in same drink

And TJ you said probiotic at bed time...........any particular reason

and lastly for my kid who spends most of his day at school.........can i give

supplements 3 times a day.........if 4 times is must how can i space it

equally.he is in school from 8 to 3.30

thanks you all
