Guest guest
What is DRY E From: TJ Werth <tj_werth@...> Subject: Re: [ ] Chelation questions Received: Wednesday, September 8, 2010, 5:26 PM  The reason to give probiotic later in the day is mainly away from the yeast fighting stuff like GSE that will kill the probiotics. The rule of thumb is 2 hours seperation. 72 or 84 hours, either is good. Do the best you can. To split a 25mg capsule in four, dump out on a mirror or other smooth surface and split into 4 piles. Close is OK. Get a " Dry E " and dump it into juice, cold food, etc.. Antioxidants are the most vital, you can start without Selenium or Moly. Fiber and probiotic are fine. You can mix it all together except yeast killers and probiotics. Three times a day, four times, it's all good. We mix everything together and give it throughout the day as best we can.
