Hi Simone,

It is very simple. You can buy the " sandless seaweed " from Asian Market. Make

some bone soup from scrach, then take the meat/bone out. Soak seaweed in water

in a bowl, and gently wash the seaweed

Pour seaweed into boiling soup, put some gingers in it, also salt and pepper for

taste. Just a side note the seaweed used to make sushi seems highly

refined/processed from Japan/Korea, somehow the result is not as good as the one

made from China. Hope that helps.
